Exchange Policy:

  • Exchanges are only applicable for the following reasons:

    • Incorrect size ordered.

    • Wrong size or product received.

    • Item is defective or damaged.

    • Any return or exchange request made after the 48-hour period will not be accepted

How to Process a Return/Exchange:

  • Click the "Return/Exchange" section on our website and fill out the exchange form.

  • Once the form is submitted, our team will contact you within 6 hours.

Damage and Issues:

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 6 hours if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

  • Requests made after the 24-hour period will not be accepted.

Processing Time:

  • We process all returns within 48 hours of receiving the returned item(s).

  • You will receive an email approving your return/exchange within 12 hours of submitting your request.

Customization:

  • We offer minor length alterations (dresses/ trousers/skirts 1-3 inches longer/shorter) at no additional cost.
  • However, we can't change the design of the piece.
  • Please drop us a mail, ONLY once we confirm availability - you can place your order on the website.
