Exchange Policy:

• Exchanges are only applicable for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect size ordered.

  • Wrong size or product received.

  • Item is defective or damaged.

  • Any exchange request made after the 7 days period will not be accepted

How to Process Exchange:

• Our team will contact you within 24 hours of receiving the email.

Damage and Issues:

• Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 7 days if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

• Requests made after the 7 days period will not be accepted.

Processing Time:

• We process all exchange requests  within 24-48 hours of receiving the item(s).

• You will receive an email confirming  your exchange status within 24 hours of submitting your request.

Customization:

• We offer length, sleeve, back alterations (dresses/ trousers/skirts 1-3 inches longer/shorter, extra sleeves to be added or cover back) please contact at Mudaclothinguae@gmail.com
• However, we can't change the design of the piece.
• Please drop us a mail, ONLY once we confirm - you can place your order on the website.
• All the custom orders have to be pre paid only.
