How to Process a Return/Exchange:

Click the "Return/Exchange" section on our website and fill out the exchange form.

Once the form is submitted, our team will contact you within 6 hours.
Damage and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 6 hours if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Requests made after the 24-hour period will not be accepted.
Processing Time:

We process all returns within 48 hours of receiving the returned item(s).

You will receive an email approving your return/exchange within 12 hours of submitting your request.
Customization:
- We offer minor length alterations (dresses/ trousers/skirts 1-3 inches longer/shorter) at no additional cost.
- However, we can't change the design of the piece.
- Please drop us a mail, ONLY once we confirm availability - you can place your order on the website.
