Domestic Shipping

• Standard Shipping orders are delivered in between 9-12 working days
• You will get automated sms/email updates regarding the status of your order.
• Please inform us within 24 hours if your parcel shows 'delivered' but you have not received it. Post that we will be unable to address the issue with our courier partners.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 EXPRESS DELIVERY (within UAE) – We offer express delivery , extra charge applicable based on the location of the delivery. Please email us at mudaclothinguae@gmail. com

 International Shipping:

• Orders are delivered within 2-3 weeks, depending on the country shipped to.
• Shipping rates are calculated as per number of products ordered and country of delivery.
• Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchange on international orders.
• You will get automated email updates regarding the status of your order.
• Custom duties/taxes/charges may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country– We would recommend contacting your local custom office to inquire about what these rates would be for parcels being shipping from UAE to your country of residence.
• Muda is not liable to pay any duties or taxes, in case the customer refuses to pay – for any international order.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

On occasion, an item you selected will be out of stock. If this is the case, we will contact you upon receipt of your order.
