Muda clothing reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return/exchange requirements.
We currently only provide store credit for returns not bank refund. Please refer to our exchange policy for the same.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the product’s total cost
Reverse pickup charges will be applied separately and are not included in the shipping charge deduction.
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of receiving your order.
To be eligible for an return/exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
Unused and in the same condition as received.
Unwashed and free from any perfumes, fragrances, or foreign odors, including smoke.
Free from cuts, tears, stains, and visible damage.
Free from dirt, dust, pet hair, or makeup stains.
Include all original packaging, tags, and receipts.
Exchanges are only applicable for the following reasons:
Incorrect size ordered.
Wrong size or product received.
Item is defective or damaged.
Any return or exchange request made after the 24-hour period will not be accepted.
Record a Video: Clearly show the product, its condition, and any issues.
