Muda clothing reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return/exchange requirements.

You will receive a full refund on the return of the product.

Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the product’s total cost.

Reverse pickup charges will be applied separately and are not included in the shipping charge deduction.

Include all original packaging, tags, and receipts.
Exchange Policy:

Exchanges are only applicable for the following reasons:

Incorrect size ordered.

Wrong size or product received.

Item is defective or damaged.

Any return or exchange request made after the 48-hour period will not be accepted.

Record a Video: Clearly show the product, its condition, and any issues.

Contact Us: Email our support team with the video and your order details, including your order number and a description of the issue.
How to Process a Return and Refund:

Once the form is submitted, our team will contact you within 6 hours.
Damage and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 6 hours if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Requests made after the 24-hour period will not be accepted.
