Our Return and Refund Policy

Muda clothing reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return/exchange requirements.

• Once the order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled.
  
  
• Please inform us within 24 hours if your parcel shows delivered but you have not received it. Post that we will be unable to address the issue with our courier partners.
  
  

• We currently only provide store credit for returns not bank refund. Please refer to our exchange policy for the same.

• We are not responsible for courier related delays, but we will ensure it reached you the quickest possible!
  
  

• Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the product’s total cost
  

• Reverse pickup charges will be applied separately and are not included in the shipping charge deduction.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of receiving your order.

• To be eligible for an return/exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

1. Unused and in the same condition as received.

2. Unwashed and free from any perfumes, fragrances, or foreign odors, including smoke.

3. Free from cuts, tears, stains, and visible damage.

4. Free from dirt, dust, pet hair, or makeup stains.

5. Include all original packaging, tags, and receipts.

6. Please email us immediately with clear photos/ videos of the defect, the outer courier pouch and the original packaging.

Exchange Policy:

• Exchanges are only applicable for the following reasons:

1. Incorrect size ordered.

2. Wrong size or product received.

3. Item is defective or damaged.

• Any return or exchange request made after the 24-hour period will not be accepted.

Steps to Return:

1. Record a Video: Clearly show the product, its condition, and any issues.

2. Contact Us: Email at Muda clothinguae@gmail.com, our support team with the video and your order details, including your order number and a description of the issue.

How to Process a Return:

• please email us at mudaclothinguae@gmail.com.

• Our team will contact you within 12 hours of receiving the email.

Damage and Issues:

• Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 hours if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

• Requests made after the 24-hour period will not be accepted.

Processing Time:

• We process all returns within 24 hours of receiving the returned item(s).

• You will receive an email approving your return/exchange within 12 hours of submitting your request.
