Our Return and Refund Policy

Muda clothing reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return/exchange requirements.

  • Once the order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled.

  • Please inform us within 7 days if your parcel shows delivered but you have not received it. Post that we will be unable to address the issue with our courier partners.

  • We currently only provide store credit for returns not bank refund. Please refer to our exchange policy for the same.

  • We are not responsible for courier related delays, but we will ensure it reaches you in the quickest possible time!

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the product’s total cost

  • Reverse pickup charges will be applied separately and are not included in the shipping charge deduction.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for an return/exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

    1. Unused and in the same condition as received.

    2. Unwashed and free from any perfumes, fragrances, or foreign odors, including smoke.

    3. Free from cuts, tears, stains, and visible damage.

    4. Free from dirt, dust, pet hair, or makeup stains.

    5. Include all original packaging, tags, and receipts.

    6. Please email us immediately with clear photos/ videos of the defect, the outer courier pouch and the original packaging.

Exchange Policy:

  • Exchanges are only applicable for the following reasons:

    1. Incorrect size ordered.

    2. Wrong size or product received.

    3. Item is defective or damaged.

  • Any return or exchange request made after the 7 days period will not be accepted.

Steps to Return:

  1. Record a Video: Clearly show the product, its condition, and any issues.

  2. Contact Us: Email at Muda clothinguae@gmail.com, our support team with the video and your order details, including your order number and a description of the issue.

How to Process a Return:

  • Our team will contact you within 24 hours of receiving the email.

Damage and Issues:

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 7 days if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

  • Requests made after the 7 days period will not be accepted.

Processing Time:

  • We process all returns within 24-48 hours of receiving the returned item(s).

  • You will receive an email confirming your return/exchange status within 24 hours of submitting your request.

Wash Care : For best results, hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent, or use a cold machine wash inside out. Avoid using bleach. Iron inside out. For longer-lasting care, consider dry cleaning.

Note : The fabric is subject to pilling due to abrasion or if in contact with a rough surface. Use a gentle cycle and avoid washing clothing with items that have zippers, wool or Velcro, as these can contribute to pilling.

Air drying your clothing items can help prevent further pilling. Be mindful of the surfaces your clothing comes into contact with during wear, as rough surfaces can contribute to pilling. Using the appropriate detergent, water temperature, and washing cycle can help preserve the fabric and reduce pilling. You can also use a lint pilling machine gently on the surface area in order to get rid of any minor pilling if any.

This is a general information pilling however is witnessed after multiple washing and uses this note is just a precautionary note to increase the longevity of your garment.

Return/Refund Policy - Returns are only accepted for damaged or faulty products and must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are issued as gift cards or exchanges.

For Size exchanges - The garment must be returned in the same condition as received, within 7 days of delivery.

For Alterations - We will initiate a reverse pick up for garment. Shipping charges applicable.
